Vcenter Appliance Storage Core Full
Logging into the vcsa via ssh and running df h showed that the storage core area was indeed 100 utilized.
Vcenter appliance storage core full. All 3 are running the latest 5 5 updates. I ran into this issue recently when one of the vcenter appliances in my test environment triggered this alarm in the vsphere web client. Storage core partition basically contains the core dumps generated on a event whenever a service crashes within the appliance. This repeats every 4 5 hours.

After installing or upgrading an external psc of vcenter server 6 5 the storage core directory is continuously filled to 100. November 15 2019 recently we have upgraded the vcsa after that noticed some performance issue while loading vcenter inventory.
I had the above situation on 2 of the 3 vcenter appliances in the lab. To empty it simply login to the appliance via ssh. Vmware vcenter 6 7 storage core full. Vcenter may act sluggish.
Over the period of time this can fill up the partition which inturn causes vcenter services to stop responding.
